Submit your research to the Oley Foundation

Two ways to submit your research:

1. Complete the application below.

2. Send a cover letter with name, institution, city, state, daytime phone, email, research title, where presented, when presented with an attached copy of the abstract or poster (abstract preferred). Mail to: HPN Research Prize, c/o The Oley Foundation, Albany Medical Center, MC28, 43 New Scotland Avenue, Albany, NY 12208; email Oley Foundation.

HPN Research Prize Abstract/Poster Guidelines

1. Topics should be related to HPN 

2. Abstracts should be appropriate for non-professionals to understand

3. Only true human clinical research projects will be considered…for example laboratory studies, use of products not considered state of the art, clinical data analysis. Case studies will not be considered.
4. Studies must have been reviewed by relevant IRBs (institutional review boards) or other ethical review bodies.
5. Abstract is free of promotional material, and it is not commercial by nature.
6. Sufficient sample size to validate conclusions.
