Enteral Donations
Purpose of the Program: We understand some may have the need for additional enteral (tube feeding) formula or supplies, while others may have extra items. The steps are outlined below if you would like to DONATE or if you are IN NEED.
DONATE:Please complete the donation form.Your contact information and a list of your supplies will be posted on our website. Those in need will contact you directly and are responsible to make and pay for the shipping. When your items are no longer available, please let us know at info@oley.org so we can remove them.
IN NEED: Please click here to download and view a list of what is currently available. The person in need is responsible to make and pay for the shipping arrangements.
Oley and the donor cannot guarantee the quality of the supplies or be responsible for their condition.
