Leads/Metrics

Leads: Attendees need to be logged in to use the "request information" button on your booth or product showcase. Their name and email address automatically populates, and they have a field to ask you a question. The main contact for your booth (see bottom of this email) will receive an email lead, and attendees receive a confirmation email with a link to your website. To update your booth's main contact, go to the task "Edit Your Contact Information (If Needed)."

Metrics: The number of booth and product showcase visits, resource clicks (lumped together), and information requests will be available after the meeting.


Video Chat Login

Video Chats: Your video chat reps should be signed in (using their individual link) for the hours they are covering video chat. When attendees click on the "Video Chat" button, they will automatically be sent into the "Zoom-like room" the rep is in, until the room reaches capacity. When the room is full, the new attendee gets bounced out. Unfortunately there is no message to the rep or the attendee that the room is full.

We recommend reps test the link ahead of time (before Friday at 5pm), and log in 15 minutes early the day of, to get familiar with the set up. The share screen, raise hand and chat functions are on the bottom left side of the chat page.

Reps' individual links can be accessed through the expo portal. So the main contact for the booth needs to either share their portal login with the reps, or copy and email the links to each rep. See screen shot below.

 

              

 

Expo Hall Booth/Product Showcase + Add Ons

Registration coming soon for your booth, product showcase, add-on features and sponsorships. You will be prompted to upload your logo, company description, contact information, and other items depending on which add-ons you choose. A sample booth and sample product showcase below illustrate some of the features and add-ons. Booths are reserved for corporate partners, only.


Basic Virtual Website Exhibit, $1000

Comes with a logo, a 300-character company description, the ability to link to URL and pdf resources, one category listing for search purposes, a product showcase listing, and two complimentary rep registrations.

Search Categories, $250: Make your booth easier to find by increasing the number of search categories where attendees will find it listed (up to four).


Booth Banner, $500: Make your company stand out from the crowd — add a banner to your virtual booth. 1920 px w x 150–300 px h, (250 px h recommended), RGB .eps and .ai files.

 


Enhanced Description, $250: More to say about what your company offers? Upgrade to a longer description, up to 1000 characters.


Introduction Video, $500: Display your video front and center on your virtual booth. Includes play/pause button, audio control, and ability to view the video full screen. File size up to 250MB.

 


Video Chat With Attendees, $500 one rep 5 hours; $75/hr/rep for additional time: Click here for login information. Add a booth representative, or several, to your virtual booth that attendees can connect with over a live video chat. $500 for the first 5 hours of chatting (for one rep), $75/hour/rep for additional time. You choose how many reps you want available, and when you want your exhibit chat function to be open from the dates and times listed below. Note: all times are EDT. On the video chat landing page attendees can see a photo of your rep, their name, a description of the rep, and what hours they are available. Sample Product Showcase Listing

Each company can feature a product or service in the product showcase, outside of their booth. The showcase can include a description, photo, pdf and/or video of the product. Products are searchable by New, Product Name, Company Name or Category.

 

Specs:

  • Product Image for listing and showcase page: 600 px w x 400 px h, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif files. You choose whether you want a border.
  • Product Short Description for listing: 100 words or less (recommended)
  • Product Long Description for showcase page: 950 words or less (recommended)
  • Video: 50MB or less
  • PDFs: will open in new window
  • Additional images: .png or .jpeg, will open in a new window

Presentation Sessions, $4000 ONLY 3  REMAINING, 1 SOLD: Improve attendees’ health and quality of life by sponsoring an educational session. Sessions are organized by topic (SBS, motility disorders, tube feeding, HPN) and will have multiple speakers. Four sessions are available to sponsor. Conference T-shirt, $500:  Get your company logo on the back of the official conference t-shirt, which will be mailed, free of charge, to the first 300 adult consumers who register. Vector file required (.eps or .ai).

 

Advertising

Register for an advertisement with your booth (coming soon). You will be prompted to upload graphics.

 

Right Side Banner Ad, $750: Showcase your message with a vertical banner ad. (Click on the link to see a sample.) Ads can be animated. Multiple ads available. 320 px w x 1200 px h, RGB .eps, .ai, or animated .gif files.


 

 

Rep Registration

Registration for company reps is mandatory to attend educational and social events, and requires signing into the Oley website. (The default username is your email address, and you can reset the password as needed. Call 518-262-5079 during normal business hours if you are having trouble signing in). Each booth comes with two complimentary reps (use promo code EXHIBIT; additional reps will cost $200 each. Reps who are clinicians are encouraged to apply for CE credit. Reps who are only participating in the expo video chats, and not attending sessions, will not have to pay for registration. Likewise, reps who are consumers or caregivers (use promo code CONFAM), or presenting sessions (use promo code FACULTY), will not have to pay for registration.

 

After you register, you will receive an email from Oley that contains an event code and a link to the conference website.

  • Go to the Oley 2020 Virtual Conference.
  • Click “Login” at the top right of the page.
  • If it is your first time accessing the site, select “Create an Account” in the lower left corner of the page. You will need the event code to create an account.
  • Once you have created an account, you will be given an access key. 
  • Log in anytime using your email address and access key.
  • Note: The event code allows you to create an account on the Oley conference website, and the access key allows you to log in to that account to access the conference.
