What Is the Oley Conference?

Designed to help patients on home tube and IV feeding (homePEN consumers) learn more about their therapy, Oley Conferences offer consumers, clinicians, and you an opportunity to learn and network. About 350–500 people attend each year. Formal, interactive sessions are complemented by small group discussions on topics ranging from coping skills to advances in disease treatments. You are encouraged to join us for educational sessions and social events.

Why Should I Be There?

It’s the ONLY conference where you can:

• promote your products/services directly to patients (end users)
• get feedback from experienced patients, clinicians
• learn with patients from experts in the field
• return to work with new ideas and enthusiasm.

The rate of $169/night for single/double, $209 for a triple, or $229 for a quad, is open through June 17 and will be honored three days pre and post conference, based on availability. The destination/resort fee is waived for Oley guests. Note: to secure this rate, use the link above or mention you are with the Oley meeting when calling. Discounted self-parking fee is $20/day. Book early, we’ve sold out in past years.

What Times Should I Set Aside?


Exhibitors should attend the following events. Reps are encourage to attend educational sessions and social events, too.
    • Welcome/Awards Ceremony: July 5, 7:00 to 9:30 p.m.
    • Exhibit Setup: NEW! July 5, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and July 6, 7:00 to 11:15 a.m.
    • Mandatory Exhibitor Meeting: July 6, 11:15 a.m.

    • Corporate Awards Ceremony: July 6, 11:45 a.m.

    • Exhibit Hall Open: July 6 & 7, noon to 2:30 p.m.
    • Raffle Drawing (in exhibit hall): July 7, 2:00 p.m.
    • Silent Auction: July 6, 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.
    • Exhibit Breakdown: July 7, 2:30 to 5:00 p.m.

Exhibit Registration

The Exhibitor’s Application, company description, logo, payment (and any advertisements) should be received by May 16, 2016 for inclusion in the Conference Program. Exhibitor registration includes admission to educational sessions and social events. Applications received later than May 16, will be accommodated as possible. Registrants are responsible for their own hotel and transportation arrangements. Deadline for cancellations with refund is May 23, 2015. We’ve sold out three years in a row — so REGISTER EARLY!

Exhibit Setup

Exhibitors may setup Tuesday, July 5, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m or Wednesday, July 6, from 7:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. Exhibitors should ask the event services supervisor to deliver their packages to their tables. They will need to provide their name/company, “attention to” information on the shipment, and tracking number if possible. When the boxes are delivered, the hotel staff will collect the Marriott credit card authorization form.

 

Shipping

Inbound: There is a $10 fee for exhibitors to ship and receive boxes. (Click here for the Marriott Credit Card Authorization Form to pay for shipping fees.) Packages that arrive >3 days prior to the event will incur a storage fee at $25.00 per box per day and $50.00 per pallet per day. Handling charges for incoming and outgoing shipments will be assessed at $5.00 per box under 75 lbs., $10.00 per box over 75lbs and $25.00 per pallet. Ship to:

Outbound: You must provide your own shipping labels for items being sent from the hotel. Please have boxes taped and ready to go with your shipping label. The hotel's shipping and receiving department will collect the box and put it on the loading dock for pick up by your carrier.

 

AV/Electricity/Furniture

Exhibits come with a 6' draped table. To order electricity, AV equipment or additional furniture for your booth, complete the Marriott’s order form.

  

Exhibit Raffle—Draw Attention to Your Booth!

1. Supply and display the raffle item, raffle tickets (or slips of paper), and a collection bowl at your booth.

2. Collect the names of people in the bowl when they visit your booth. 

3. Towards the end of the second exhibit day, (at around 2:00 p.m. on, July 7) Oley staff will announce the drawing time. Bring your item, and bowl with collected names to the podium (along with other participating companies.) 

4. An Oley volunteer will draw the winning ticket from your bowl, and you present the prize to the winner. If you want your bowl of collected names back, you should take it at this time. Then it is the next company's turn. 

5. Additional tips:

  • You may raffle off more than one item if you wish.
  • Popular past raffle items: iPod, iPad, GPS, jewelry, toys, gift cards.
  • Medical supplies, company products, and related items are not appropriate raffle items.
