The rate of $169/night for a single/double, $209 for a triple, or $229 for a quad, is open through June 17, and will be honored three days pre and post conference, based on availability. Reserve early if you are planning to extend your stay. The Marriott’s destination/resort fee is waived for Oley guests. There are refrigerators in all rooms. Discounted self-parking fee is $20/day.

Medical Support—Keeping You Safe!The local hospitals will be alerted. Let your homecare company know you are traveling. If your homecare company is not represented at the conference, Coram CVS/specialty infusion services will provide emergency infusion support (if you forget something, have a bag break, etc.) and telephonic nursing/pharmacy support during the conference.
Main Sessions, Breakout Sessions & Tube Feeding Workshop—Learning Opportunities Abound!
Presentations are coordinated to boost your understanding of the therapies that sustain you or your loved one. Formal morning sessions are followed by informal afternoon breakout sessions and the interactive Tube Feeding Workshop. See the program (next page) for a tentative list of topics to be covered.
Ambassador Workshop/Volunteer Info SessionPlanned for “official” Oley volunteers, but open to anyone interested in serving Oley through outreach, social networking, etc. Learn how to share your time and talents to advance the Oley mission. Child Care/Youth Activities/Jammin' JammiesComplimentary child care will be available Wednesday and Thursday during the educational sessions. Chaperoned activities are planned for children ages 7+ on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, as well as a pajama party on Thursday evening! Children/youth must be registered online by June 24 to participate in these activities. If you don’t have access to the Internet call to register your child/youth.
