​Crohn's disease is a funny thing — it can rip you apart on the inside while everything looks good to those who don't know what's happening. Ste Walker, a 24-year-old from Halifax, West Yorkshire, understands the frustration of having to explain his disability to people who don't believe anything is wrong with him. His Facebook post about not judging a book by its cover (and not judging a human based on his appearances) has gone majorly viral since he posted it Oct. 25.
